However, it’s essential we understand your available budget — only then can we suggest solutions truly tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and investment.

Access to the 3D project is reserved for clients who proceed with their order through us. That’s when everything becomes more real… and more special.

To begin your project, we invite you to share with us:

Yes, our designer can visit your space.

But before that, it’s essential to schedule a briefing — a first meeting to hear your ideas, understand your needs, and align expectations. Only then can we ensure each visit has clear purpose.

Project development time may vary depending on size and complexity.

On average, we take 5 to 10 working days to present a thoughtful and personalized proposal — designed with attention to detail for your space. Because every project deserves time… and care.

The project is developed by our interior design team using items from the Interdesign portfolio.

Yet, if you already have pieces you’d like to keep — such as furniture or decorative items with special meaning — we’d be happy to include them in the proposal. Just let us know during the briefing.

Assembly is handled by our specialized technical team, always with the support of the architect responsible for your project — to ensure every detail is implemented as designed.

This service is included, at no additional cost, for deliveries within mainland Portugal. For other locations, we’d be happy to assess feasibility and provide conditions upon request.

Yes. The estimated delivery time is approximately 90 days for furniture and upholstery items.

For decorative pieces and lighting, the estimated time is 45 days.

For mattresses and bed bases, the estimated time is 15 days.

Delivery is free in mainland Portugal for orders over €1,500.

Orders below €1,500 have a shipping cost of €140.

For Madeira and Azores islands, as well as other countries, shipping costs are available upon request. Please contact one of our assistants.

Yes, all prices shown already include VAT.

Once the payment is confirmed, Interdesign will ship the ordered products under the terms indicated below, with the invoice delivered together with the products. If necessary, you can always retrieve your invoice by contacting apoioclienteonline@interdesign.com.pt, providing your order number and the full name associated with the order.

If you are unable to complete the payment, please check the following:

  • Whether the information was entered correctly. A simple typographical error or the use of uppercase and lowercase characters can result in validation failure.
  • The validity or available credit of the payment method you are trying to use.


If the above issues are verified as correct, you should then contact your bank or the entity responsible for the payment method.

We offer a 50/40/10 payment option available exclusively for assisted purchases, allowing 50% at the time of order, 40% one month after the order, and 10% upon delivery (cash or debit/ATM card). If, for any reason, you are unable to receive your order on the date indicated by the Interdesign team, you may request a delivery postponement under the following conditions:

  1. Initial postponement period: You have an additional 1 month from the scheduled delivery date to arrange the necessary conditions to receive the order.

  2. After the first month:
    • If it is not possible to receive the order within this period:
      • The full order amount must be paid;
      • Interdesign will provide free storage for an additional 3 months at our headquarters.

  3. After the 3 months of free storage: A warehouse occupancy fee (upon request) will be applied for the extended storage period.

  4. Failure to meet deadlines: If none of the above deadlines are met, Interdesign reserves the right to consider the order canceled, without the possibility of a refund, and the amount paid will be retained in full.

 

Our priority is to ensure a fair, transparent process tailored to the needs of our clients. For any questions, we are always available to assist.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with this information.

If you have an account registered on our website, you can track the status of your order whenever you like. Simply access your personal area and select the ‘ORDERS’ tab — where you will have access to all details and updates.

Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

An order is only considered valid once the payment has been processed.

If you request a cancellation within the allowed period, Interdesign will issue a full refund using the same payment method chosen.

Yes. You can change the delivery address of your order at any time before shipment.

If the new address is outside the initially planned delivery area, our team will calculate any additional shipping costs and inform you before confirming the change.

Conditions for return

The customer may return the item, provided that:

  • It is in the same condition in which it was sold
  • It is in the original packaging
  • It includes all accessories and components
  • It is accompanied by the respective invoice

Return period

You have a maximum period of 14 days to make the return, counted from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with Article 10, no. 1 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, contact us via:

Return costs

  • If the return results from an internal error, manufacturing defect, or damage caused during transport, Interdesign will cover the respective costs.
  • If the return is due to withdrawal or an error on the part of the customer, the transport costs are the customer’s responsibility, and they may hire the carrier of their choice.


We are at your disposal to ensure that the entire process runs with professionalism and complete transparency.

The refund may be made using the same payment method used for the order (whenever possible) or, alternatively, by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer.

Interdesign reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have been received and verified, in order to confirm that they meet the required conditions.

We handle every step with the same care we put into each piece — with transparency, respect, and professionalism.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If your order arrived damaged or with any issue, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

The process is very simple.

At Interdesign, we take the protection of your data seriously. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policies.

You can create your dream product list by adding items to your favorites. Add products to the list using the “add to favorites” button shaped like a heart, located over the product image (on listing pages) or at the top of the product page next to its name.

At Interdesign, we believe in the durability and quality of our products. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on all original pieces designed and developed by the brand.

This warranty covers upholstery structures and furniture items that present defects exclusively resulting from design flaws.

After a thorough technical analysis by our specialists, the following issues are covered by the warranty:

  • Irregularities in lacquer or varnish finishes
  • The need for component adjustments
  • Warping of materials
  • Detachment or lifting of veneers

 

Note: The warranty does not cover a refund for the item but only the repair or replacement of the defective article.

The following damages are excluded from the warranty and are caused by factors external to Interdesign:

  • Misuse or wear due to improper use
  • Damage caused by corrosive environments
  • Discoloration due to sun exposure
  • Cleaning with inappropriate products or methods

For items sold by Interdesign but supplied by other providers (e.g., fabrics, mattresses, bed bases, lamps, lampshades, decorative pieces, rugs, wallpapers, garden materials), the following warranties apply:

  • 3 years for most products
  • 3 years for upholstery (except for damages caused by improper use)

At Interdesign, we believe that furniture is not just functional — it is an extension of your style, your home, and your story.Each piece is thoughtfully designed, meticulously crafted, and finished with high-quality materials. To ensure its durability and beauty over the years, we share with you some essential care and maintenance guidelines.

Upholstery
In the upholstered furniture category, Interdesign offers a wide selection of fabrics, synthetics, and leathers, with different textures, thicknesses, finishes, and qualities.

Filling
We use high-quality foams, carefully selected to ensure comfort, strength, and durability. The characteristics of the foam vary depending on the application area and its intended use.
(*) The filling may initially seem excessive, but it is natural that with use it will adapt and acquire the ideal shape.

Structure
Although less visible, the structure is fundamental to the quality and durability of the piece. The frames are made of wood and wood-based materials, reinforced with elastic webbing to provide greater comfort.

  • Avoid direct exposure to sunlight;
  • Keep away from heat sources;
  • Do not sit on the armrests or lean on the backs of the pieces;
  • Do not use drying devices or leave to dry in the sun;
  • Carry out regular sofa maintenance by rotating the cushions weekly (or shaking and smoothing them if fixed) to prevent deformities.

Upholstery

  • Do not use chemical products;
  • Use only a damp cloth or neutral soap.

 

Wood

  • Clean with a dry flannel or soft-bristle brush;
  • For deep cleaning, use a damp cloth with neutral soap and dry immediately;
  • Avoid polishers and dry environments that may cause cracks.

 

Lacquered surfaces

  • Use a soft cloth dampened with water;
  • For deep cleaning, use neutral soap and finish with a dry flannel, using circular movements.

 

Metals

  • Clean with a damp cloth and neutral soap;
  • Avoid abrasive or chlorine-based products;
  • For fingerprints, use isopropyl alcohol.

 

Glass

  • Clean with warm water and dry immediately;
  • You may use isopropyl alcohol or glass cleaner (avoiding contact with other surfaces);
  • Do not use abrasive products.

 

Marble

  • Each piece is unique, with natural patterns;
  • Use protective mats and coasters to prevent stains;
  • Requires care and frequent maintenance.

 

Natural Wood Effect (synthetic finish)

  • Use soft cloths with common household detergent;
  • Avoid spraying directly onto the surface;
  • Rinse and dry well to avoid limescale marks;
  • Do not use bleach, abrasive products, or harsh sponges.

Waterproofing protects the upholstery from liquids and dirt, keeping them cleaner for longer.

Covered Risks

  • Coffee, wine, beer, juices, sodas, sauces, sweets and chocolates.

Advantages:

  • Easy to clean;
  • Protection against stains and odors;
  • 3-year stain warranty (on new items);
  • Protection against UV rays and wear;
  • Does not alter the feel or appearance of the fabric.
