Warranty Terms
Identification Of The Responsible For Treatment
Interdesign grants its customers a lifetime warranty on all original products whose design and development have been carried out by the brand. This warranty covers all furniture pieces and upholstered structures that exhibit, in their construction, exclusively defects resulting from poor design.

Covered Damages
Interdesign guarantees the repair or replacement of any item that presents the following manufacturing defects, after careful and thorough analysis by technical specialists appointed by the company:
- Poor lacquer or varnish finishing;
- Misalignment of components;
- Warping of materials;
- Veneer lifting
This warranty does not include reimbursement of the value of the defective item..
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or external factors beyond Interdesign’s responsibility, including but not limited to:
- Material deterioration due to exposure to corrosive environments;
- Fading of materials due to sun exposure;
- Damages caused by improper use;
- Damages caused by inadequate cleaning methods.
Specific Conditions
For products marketed by Interdesign that originate from other suppliers, a two-year warranty is provided. This applies specifically to: fabrics, mattresses, bed bases, lamps, lampshades, garden furniture, wallpapers, decorative items, and rugs. Upholstered items have a five-year warranty (excluding damages caused by user misuse).
Maintenance Guidelines
Wood and lacquered surfaces must be cleaned using a soft, dry cloth.
Stainless steel must be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.
Brass is highly susceptible to oxidation; maintenance must be carried out using products recommended by Interdesign for this purpose.
Mattresses should be aired regularly and rotated at the change of each season.
Fabric care instructions must be followed; Interdesign recommends that cleaning be performed by specialized professionals.
