Purchase Cancellation Policy
The Customer may cancel the purchase within 24 hours following payment. The purchase shall only become effective upon completion of the corresponding payment. If the purchase is canceled within the period indicated above, Interdesign will reimburse the amount paid through the same method of payment originally used by the Customer.
Return Policy
The Customer may return products under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
The Customer may return the item provided it is in the same condition in which it was sold, in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and a copy of the invoice.
If the Customer wishes to return a product, they must contact Interdesign through the following channels:

Return Period
The Customer has a maximum period of 14 days to return the purchase, starting from the date on which the product was received, in accordance with Article 10(1) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14.
Return Costs
Interdesign will only bear the return shipping costs if the return is due to an internal error, manufacturing defect, or damage during transport.
If the return is due to customer error or withdrawal, the respective shipping costs will be the Customer’s responsibility. The Customer must arrange the return using a carrier of their choice.
Refunds
The amount of the returned purchase will be refunded using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, within a maximum of fifteen (15) days after receipt of the returned item. Interdesign shall not be held responsible for any bank or transaction fees related to the refund.
Delivery Policy
Estimated Delivery Time
Products purchased will be delivered within an estimated timeframe of 15 to 60 days. However, due to the current pandemic situation, some orders may experience additional delays.
The delivery period begins upon confirmation of payment.
Delivery and Assembly Costs
- Mainland Portugal: Transport and assembly are provided free of charge for purchases over €1500.
- Autonomous Regions and International Deliveries: Transport and assembly costs will be added to the purchase price and quoted separately for the Customer.

Delivery and Assembly Conditions
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring appropriate access to the delivery location and for the condition of any walls or ceilings where items are to be delivered, assembled, or installed.
Deliveries will be made within the following time slots:
- From 10:00 to 14:00
- From 15:00 to 20:00
Specific arrangements may be made outside of these hours on a case-by-case basis.
Inability to Deliver
If any circumstance beyond Interdesign’s control prevents delivery within the specified timeframe, the Customer will be informed via email to reschedule a new delivery date.
In cases where delivery is rendered impossible due to force majeure—such as general strikes, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks, wars, natural disasters (including fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, epidemics), or impassable roads—Interdesign shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in delivery.

Ownership Rights
Ownership of the purchased products will be transferred to the Customer once Interdesign receives full payment of the purchase price, including applicable taxes and delivery/assembly costs.
VAT – Value Added Tax
All product prices listed on this website include VAT at the legal rate in force.

The Interdesign website and the content made available on it are protected by copyright and industrial property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed, in whole or in part. In particular, it is prohibited to copy or retransmit any text, logo, graphic, sound, or image from the Interdesign website unless expressly permitted. Printing and collecting information contained on this site for personal use is permitted.
