A child’s bedroom is a space where imagination takes shape, and every detail can tell a story. This concept served as the foundation for a project developed by Interdesign in collaboration with Beatriz Vieira, aimed at creating a special room for her son, Lourenço.
Inspired by the world of the circus and the personal significance the film “The Greatest Showman” holds for the family, the room combines blue, white, and red in a composition defined by striking contrast and distinct personality.
I couldn’t wait to show you Lourenço’s room, inspired by one of our favourite films, with every little detail carefully thought out by @interdesigninteriores. Everything you see here can be personalised to your taste, and the quality is incredible, I promise!
“Lourenço’s room is a dream, and it’s where we play a lot and spend most of our morning routine <3“
Beatriz Vieira
Personalized touches are woven throughout, from the striped ceiling to the furniture and decorative elements. A white crib, a blue dresser with red accents between the drawers, and a custom-upholstered armchair in blue and red all fit into a cohesive palette, with every piece contributing to the room’s unique identity.
To complete the setting, circus-themed canvas art, a pouf, a lamp, and curtains add texture, comfort, and balance. The design also prioritizes functionality, featuring a storage unit specifically crafted to house Lourenço’s toys.
The result is a bedroom that blends imagination, comfort, and design, offering bespoke solutions that transform a cherished inspiration into a space thoughtfully created to accompany Lourenço through his early years.
