At Interdesign, the relationship with the client is part of every project

There are aspects of our work that cannot be measured in materials, drawings or finishes. They are measured in trust, in closeness and in the way each client experiences the entire process alongside us.

Over time, we have realised that what stays most strongly in the memory of those who work with us is not always just the final result. Of course, the pieces, the spaces and the details all matter but what truly defines the experience is the relationship that is built along the way.

Trusting a team to work

within your home requires a sense of confidence. It means feeling that, on the other side, there is someone available, attentive and capable of understanding not only the project itself, but also the expectations, concerns and wishes of the person who will live in that space. It is this sense of closeness that we seek to build in every project. At Interdesign, we believe supporting a client means much more than simply responding to a request. It means knowing the project in depth, being present at every stage, remembering the important details and ensuring that every decision is made with clarity and confidence.

That is also what makes the process

feel lighter and more reassuring. When there is genuine listening, consistency and close support, everything becomes more natural. And it is often there that the difference emerges between a correct service and a truly memorable experience. In the end, what we carry with us from each project is not only the image of the finished space. It is also the shared stories, the relationships built and the trust that was placed in us.
